摘要
以三交河煤矿B2-516工作面为研究对象,在分析工作面地质开采条件的基础上,通过理论分析和对工作面两巷超前段矿压显现规律的研究,结合矿井生产实际,提出工作面注浆锚索代替单体柱超前支护的方案,并进行了现场试验。现场试验表明,采用注浆锚索超前支护技术可进一步提高巷道围岩的稳定性,保证巷道正常安全使用,同时大大降低了工人的劳动强度,提高了生产效率。
Taking B2-516 working face of Sanjiaohe Coal Mine as the research object, on the basis of analyzing the geological mining conditions of the working face, through theoretical analysis and research on the occurrence law of the mine pressure in the leading section of the two roadways of the current working face, combined with the actual production of the mine, this paper proposed a scheme of replacing the advance support of single column with grouting anchor cable in working face. A field test was carried out. Field tests showed that the use of grouting anchor cable advanced support technology can further improve the stability of the surrounding rock of the roadway, ensure the normal and safe use of the roadway, and at the same time greatly reduce the labor intensity of workers and improve production efficiency.
