智能综掘配套技术的应用研究

摘要 巷道掘进技术对于煤矿安全生产十分重要。当前煤矿采掘作业环境相对较差,地质情况复杂,传统的机械化掘进技术已无法适应安全生产的需要。为了改善安全环境,提升掘进效率,提高巷道成形率,加快智能综掘技术研究十分必要。通过研究智能综掘配套技术的实施效果及系统的工作原理,证明了利用红外成像、惯导系统、罗经算法+捷联惯导算法结合的先进技术,能够实现综掘机智能化远程、精准操作,进而实现施工巷道一次成巷,提高掘进效率和掘巷水平。 Roadway tunneling technology is very important for coal mine safety production. At present, the coal mining operation environment is relatively poor, the geological situation is complex, and the traditional mechanized tunneling technology has been unable to meet the needs of safe production. In order to improve the safety environment, improve the drivage efficiency, and improve the forming rate of roadway, it is very necessary to speed up the research of intelligent fully-mechanized excavation technology. This paper studied the implementation effect of the supporting technology of intelligent fully-mechanized excavation and the working principle of the system. It is proved that using the advanced technology of infrared imaging, inertial navigation system, and compass algorithm + strapdown inertial navigation algorithm can realize the intelligent remote and precise operation of the fully mechanized excavator, and then realize the construction of the roadway at one time, improve the efficiency and level of the roadway driving.
