麦捷煤业综放工作面回收率提升措施分析 被引量:1

摘要 综放开采虽然是一种有效的针对厚及特厚煤层的开采方法,但是在实际开采过程中存在煤炭资源回收率低的问题。为此,需要采取措施提高综放工作面回收率。结合麦捷煤业150503综放工作面的具体情况,通过分析综放开采技术的特点,提出了一系列提高综放工作面回收率的措施。实践结果表明,在采取措施后,综放工作面回收率平均提高2.3%,顶煤回收率平均提高3.6%。此次研究可以为提高综放工作面回收率提供一定的参考。 Although fully mechanized caving mining is an effective mining method for thick and extra thick coal seams, there is a problem of low recovery rate of coal resources in the actual mining process. Therefore, it is necessary to take measures to improve the recovery rate of fully mechanized caving face. Combined with the specific situation of 150503 fully mechanized caving face in Maijie Coal Industry Co.,Ltd., through analyzing the characteristics of fully mechanized caving mining technology, this paper put forward a series of measures to improve the recovery rate of fully mechanized caving face. The practice results show that after taking measures, the recovery rate of fully mechanized caving face is increased by 2.3% on average, and the recovery rate of top coal is increased by 3.6% on average. This study can provide some reference for improving the recovery rate of fully mechanized caving face.
