耐高温高盐复合冻胶堵水剂的制备及性能 被引量:3

摘要 以膨润土(BT)、腐植酸钠(NaHA)为增强剂,过硫酸钾(KPS)为引发剂,利用丙烯酰胺(AM)、2-丙烯酰胺-2-甲基丙磺酸(AMPS)、N,N-亚甲基双丙烯酰胺(MBA)等通过水溶液聚合法制备了耐高温高盐聚合物冻胶堵水剂,采用FTIR,TG,SEM等方法对冻胶进行表征,确定了冻胶的最佳配方,并对冻胶的性能进行评价。实验结果表明,在AM添加量为5%(w)、BT添加量为10%(w)、KPS添加量为0.15%(w)、MBA添加量为0.15%(w)、NaHA添加量为0.8%(w)、AMPS添加量为2.5%(w)时,冻胶的弹性模量最佳。冻胶热分解温度为150℃,可满足高温环境,在130℃、2.18×10^(5) mg/L的盐水中30 d的脱水率仅为8.97%,抗脱水性能良好。冻胶突破压力为5.74 MPa,封堵率为97.36%,具有良好的封堵性能。 Using bentonite(BT)and sodium humate(NaHA)as enhancers,potassium persulfate(KPS)as initiators,acrylamide(AM),2-acrylamide-2-methylpropanesulfonic acid(AMPS),and N,N-methylenebisacrylamide(MBA)were used to prepare high temperature and salt resistant polymer plugging gel by aqueous polymerization.The gel was studied by FTIR,TG,SEM and other analytical methods and the best formula was determined.The results showed that gel with the best elastic modulus was obtained containing 5%(w)AM,10%(w)BT,0.15%(w)KPS,0.15%(w)MBA,0.8%(w)NaHA and 2.5%(w)AMPS.The thermal decomposition temperature of the gel was 150℃,which can meet the high temperature environment.Under the conditions of 130℃and 2.18×10^(5) mg/L brine,the dehydration rate of gel was only 8.97%after 30 d,and the anti-dehydration performance was good.The breakthrough pressure of gel was 5.74 MPa,the plugging rate is 97.36%,and it had good plugging performance.
