高效液相色谱法同时测定丙烯酸酯中的7种稳定剂 被引量:1

摘要 建立了一种使用高效液相色谱仪同时测定丙烯酸酯中7种稳定剂的方法,对色谱条件进行了优化;在优化色谱条件下,考察了方法的标准偏差、回收率和精密度,并对实际试样进行了测试。实验结果表明,使用ZORBAX SC-C18色谱柱、以0.1%(w)的磷酸水溶液/甲醇/乙腈进行梯度洗脱,在柱温为23℃、流速为0.8~1.0 mL/min、检测波长为280 nm和249 nm条件下,7种稳定剂在5.00~300.0 mg/L的质量浓度范围内,线性关系均良好,相关系数均在0.9995及以上,方法的检出限和定量限分别为7.6~208.3μg/L和16.1~675.6μg/L,相对标准偏为0.6%~2.1%,平均加标回收率为95.58%~105.27%。该方法操作简单、准确度高、重现性好,适合丙烯酸酯中稳定剂的定性和定量分析。 A method for determination of seven stabilizers in acrylates by high performance liquid chromatography was established and the chromatographic conditions were optimized.Under the optimized chromatographic conditions,the standard deviation,recovery rate and precision of the method were investigated,and the actual samples were tested.The results show that when ZORBAX SC-C18 column and 0.1%(w)phosphoric acid/methanol/acetonitrile are used under the conditions of column temperature 23℃,flow rate 0.8-1.0 mL/min,detection wavelength 280 nm and 249 nm,the linear relationships for the seven stabilizers are good in the mass concentration range of 5.00-300.0 mg/L,and the correlation coefficients are equal to or greater than 0.9995.The detection limits and quantitation limits are in the range of 7.6-208.3μg/L and 16.1-675.6μg/L.The relative standard deviations are 0.6%-2.1%,and the average recoveries are 95.58%-105.27%.The method is simple,accurate,reproducible,and suitable for qualitative and quantitative analysis of stabilizers in acrylate.
