城市轨道钢弹簧浮置板隔振器设置方案研究 被引量:7

摘要 结合合肥轨道交通4号线钢弹簧浮置板道床施工,从隔振器选型、布置等方面着手,将原设计隔振器垂向刚度型号进行统一,并优化隔振器布置形式,从而减少单块道床板隔振器数量,既方便施工,又节约成本;采用有限元软件建立车辆-轨道-浮置板-隧道-土体耦合三维动力有限元模型,对浮置板工作性能进行仿真计算,从隔振器的总刚度、固有频率、减振效果、行车安全性、脱轨系数/轮重减载率、行车舒适度等方面进行分析,各项指标均满足规范要求并达到了提高舒适度、增强减振效果的目的。 In combination with the construction of steel spring floating slab track of Hefei Metro Line 4,the vertical stiffness model of the original designed vibration isolator is unified from the aspects of vibration isolator selection and layout,and the arrangement form of the vibration isolator is optimized to reduce the number of vibration isolators for single slab track bed,which is convenient for construction and cost saving;the three-dimensional dynamic finite element model of vehicle-railway-floating slab-tunnel-soil coupling is established by using finite element software,and the working performance of the floating slab is simulated.The total stiffness,natural frequency,damping effect,driving safety,derailment coefficient/wheel load reduction ratio,driving comfort and other aspects of the isolator are analyzed.All the indexes meet the requirements of the specifications and achieve the purpose of improving the comfort and damping effect.
