摘要 本文根据大直径泥水盾构施工平衡原理,基于泥水系统压力数据对滞排现象进行分析并得出结论:正常情况下,气泡舱压力值与开挖舱内各项压力值呈相对平行关系;开挖舱滞排时,开挖舱各项压力值均会明显变大;泥水循环系统格栅拥堵时,盾构机排浆泵吸口压力下降明显。依据气泡舱压力与开挖舱轴部压力及排浆泵吸口压力差值变化情况构建滞排预警模型,并在实际工程项目中进行应用验证,滞排预警准确、效果良好,可为大直径泥水盾构施工提供参考和借鉴。 According to the balance principle of large-diameter slurry shield construction,this paper describes the clogging phenomenon based on the slurry system pressure data and draws a conclusion:there is a relatively parallel relationship between working chamber pressure value and excavation chamber pressure values under normal conditions;the pressure values of excavation chamber will obviously increase when the clogging phenomenon occurs in the excavation chamber;the suction pressure of the slurry pump will decrease significantly when the mucks hinders in the grid position of slurry circulation system.A clogging prediction model is built by using the variation of pressure difference between the working chamber and the axial pressure of the excavation chamber and the suction pressure of the slurry pump,and it is applied and verified in the actual engineering project.The model carries out an accurate prediction and good verification effect,which provides some reference for the construction of large-diameter slurry shield.
