摘要 近年来,信息技术作为辅助工具在国内被广泛应用于土木工程行业的规划、设计、施工、运行和维护阶段,但在桥梁工程领域对BIM技术的应用仍处于探索和起步阶段,能将BIM技术集成应用贯穿桥梁全生命周期的案例寥寥可数。根据铁路桥梁工程施工特点,合理调配人员、材料及机械等,科学筹划,有助于解决设计方案有效解读、技术交底便捷、管道及常规预埋件定位精准等问题,以保证施工质量、施工安全和施工进度,风险可控。BIM技术作为一种数据化管理工具,具有可视化、直观化、灵活化特点,利于观察桥梁细部结构,超前发现设计及施工问题并合理优化解决,以提高各专业间沟通效率。本文以泾河特大桥施工为例,基于BIM技术重点对箱梁钢筋碰撞检查信息化实现方法进行阐述。 Nowadays,information technology,as an auxiliary tool is widely used in the planning,design,construction,operation and maintenance stages of the domestic civil engineering industry.However,in the field of bridge engineering,the application of BIM technology is still in the exploration and initial stage,and there are very few cases that can integrate the application of BIM technology through the whole life cycle of the bridge.According to the characteristics of railway bridge engineering construction,the reasonable deployment of personnel,materials and machinery along with scientific planning are helpful to solve the problems of effective interpretation of the design scheme,convenient technical disclosure,pipeline and conventional embedded parts positioning precision,so as to ensure the construction quality,construction safety and construction progress,as well as risks controllable.As a data management tool,BIM technology has the characteristics of visualization,intuition and flexibility,which is conducive to observing the fine structure of the bridge,finding the design and construction problems in advance and optimizing them reasonably,and improving the communication efficiency among various majors.With the construction of Jinghe River Special Bridge as an example,this paper focuses on the method of realizing information of box girder reinforcement collision detection based on BIM technology.
