摘要
针对依托工程曲线段盾构管片上浮问题,研究盾构隧道施工期管片上浮机理及主要影响因素;研发智能化实时管片错台监测系统,对盾构隧道施工期管片上浮开展连续监测,分析盾构隧道施工期管片上浮主要特征,并总结提出盾构隧道施工期管片上浮控制措施。研究结果表明:盾构隧道施工期管片错台沿隧道纵向主要表现为上凸形,管片在脱出盾尾时发生显著变形,盾构隧道推进期间管片发生上浮变形,而管片拼装阶段上浮变形并不显著。
Aiming at the problem of shield segment floating relying on the curve section of the project,the segment floating mechanism and main influencing factors of the shield tunnel during the construction period are studied;an intelligent real-time segment staggered monitoring system is developed to continuously monitor the segment floating during the shield tunnel construction,the main characteristics of the segment floating are analyzed,and the control measures for segment floating during shield tunnel construction are summarized.The research results show that:during the shield tunnel construction period,the dislocation of the segment is mainly upward convex along the longitudinal direction of the tunnel,and the segment is significantly deformed when it comes out of the shield tail.During the advancement of the shield tunnel,the segment is floating and deformed,but the floating deformation is not significant in the segment assembly stage.
