摘要
我国新疆幅员辽阔、矿产资源丰富,在国家再提西部大开发背景下,矿产资源公路又掀起一波建设高潮。矿产资源公路多处于山岭重丘区,为满足等级公路技术标准,须克服波浪起伏、沟谷相间等不利地形,深挖高填土石方工程在所难免,尤其环境较为复杂时,爆破方案合理性对工程安全、环保、质量、进度影响较大。本文以若羌公路土石方爆破施工为背景,通过试验确定孔网参数、炸药单耗、钻孔超深、碎冰堵塞长度、冰锭间隔长度等参数,并对光面爆破设计方案、爆破安全措施进行深入研究。实践结果表明,采用冰锭光面爆破技术,爆破效果佳、环保降尘成效显著。
Xinjiang has a vast territory and rich mineral resources.Under the background of China’s refocusing on the development of western China,the construction of mineral resources highway has set off a climax.Mineral resource highways are mostly located in mountainous and heavy hilly areas,in order to meet the technical standards for classified highways,it is necessary to overcome the unfavorable terrain such as undulating waves and alternating valley,and deep excavation of the high filling earthwork project is inevitable,especially when the environment is relatively complex,the rationality of blasting scheme has a greater impact on the engineering safety,environmental protection,quality and progress.With the earthwork blasting construction of Ruoqiang Highway as the background,this paper is through tests to determine the parameters of blasting hole,unit consumption of explosives,ultra-deep drilling,crushed ice blockage length,ice ingot interval length and other parameters,and studies in depth the smooth blasting design scheme and blasting safety measures.The practical results show that the use of ice ingot smooth blasting technology has good blasting effect and remarkable environmental protection and dust reduction results.
