无砟轨道智能振捣设备研究及应用

摘要 高铁无砟轨道施工,高质量、高效率道床板混凝土振捣工序至关重要,其直接影响成型无砟轨道板施工质量。本文结合渝昆高速铁路施工项目特点,针对道床板混凝土主要采用人工振捣存在质量差、混凝土易开裂、振捣不均匀且消耗大量人力成本等问题,研制出无砟轨道智能振捣设备。本文描述无砟轨道智能振捣设备设计参数、设备构成及工作原理、特点及其优势。实际工程应用结果表明:该智能振捣设备结构强度及刚度在满足实际工程工况前提下,能够实现均匀、密实、高效、可控式智能振捣,同时适用于高速铁路施工不同曲线段及直线段混凝土振捣工序。 In the construction of high-speed railway ballastless track,high-quality and efficient concrete vibration process of track bed slab is a crucial link,which directly affects the construction quality of formed ballastless track slab.Based on the characteristics of the construction project of Chongqing-Kunming High-speed Railway,an intelligent vibration equipment for ballastless track was developed for tackling the problems of poor quality,easy cracking,uneven vibration and large labor costs mainly caused by manual vibration of ballast bed slab concrete.This paper described in detail the design parameters,equipment composition,working principle,characteristics and advantages of the developed intelligent vibration equipment for ballastless track.Through the practical application of the project,the results show that the intelligent vibration equipment can achieve uniform,dense and efficient controllable intelligent vibration on the premise that the structural strength and stiffness of the intelligent vibration equipment meet the actual engineering conditions,and it is also suitable for the concrete vibration process of different curved and straight sections in the construction of high-speed railway.
