Standards,the Common Discourse of International Chinese Language Education in the Multilingual World

标准化工作是开展国际中文教育合作的重要支撑。构建国际中文教育标准体系是国家发展战略的重要组成部分。本文结合《国际中文教育中文水平等级标准》(以下简称《标准》)的研发与推广,重点讨论标准化工作的重要意义、教育标准对中文教学质量的保障作用、民间社团对《标准》研发与推广的助力作用、标准化工作平台建设举措等内容。本文期望,依托团体标准化工作搭建《标准》推广平台,坚持问题导向、目标导向、效果导向,建立长效机制,多措并举,携手业界同人共同推动《标准》的理论研究和应用研究,进一步完善《标准》体系,将《标准》打造成多语世界国际中文教育的共同语言,切实推动国际中文教育事业的高质量发展。

Standardization work is an important support for International Chinese Language Education cooperation.To construct the International Chinese Language Education standard system is an important componet of national development strategy.In the context of the development and promotion of the International Chinese Language Education Chinese Language Proficiency Standards(hereinafter referred to as“Standards”),this paper focuses on the importance of standardization work,the function of education standards in guaranteeing the quality of Chinese language teaching,the role played by private associations in the development and promotion of Standards,the initiative of building a platform for standardization,etc.This paper expects to build a platform for the promotion of Standards by relying on group standardization,insist on problem-oriented,goal-oriented and effect-oriented principle,establish a long-term mechanism,take multiple measures,work together with colleagues in the circles to promote the theoretical and application research of Standards,and further improve Standards system,making Standards a common discourse for International Chinese Language Education in a multilingual world,and effectively promoting the cause of International Chinese Language Education.
