青岛里院建筑及历史街区更新改造调查研究

Investigation and Research on Renovation of Liyuan Buildings and Historic District in Qingdao

青岛市建有西式的城市结构和建筑物,形成了富有特色的里院建筑和街区。里院建筑自2015年开始征收,全面实施修缮改造。文章对改造完成和正在改造中的里院建筑和街区进行调查,归纳总结成功的经验和做法,以及存在的问题,为青岛里院的活性化更新改造提出合理化建议。

Qingdao have the western urban structure and buildings were constructed, and the distinctive Liyuan buildings and blocks were formed. Since 2015, Liyuan buildings have been expropriated and have been fully renovated. This paper investigates Liyuan buildings and blocks which have been renovated or are being renovated, summarizes the successful experience and practices, as well as the existing problems, and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the activate renewal and renovation of Liyuan in Qingdao.
