摘要
把城市比作一个生命体,城市更新则是实现新陈代谢、增强整体机能的调节机制。文章选取南京市鼓楼区内的宝塔桥片区为研究对象,分析了宝塔桥片区的现状,并对该片区内的低效用地进行了识别分类,最后分别从工业仓储类(以金陵船厂为例)、居住类和特色山水类三个方面提出规划更新策略。探索城市发展新常态下城市工业遗产如何合理利用,居民生活环境质量如何提高等问题的解决路径,目的是为其他城市中心片区的城市更新提供借鉴作用。
If city is compared to a living body, urban renewal is a regulatory mechanism to realize metabolism and enhance the overall function. This paper selects Baotaqiao area in Gulou District of Nanjing as the research object, analyzes the current situation of Baotaqiao area, identifies and classifies the inefficient land in this area, and finally puts forward the planning renewal strategies from three aspects: industrial storage(taking Jinling Shipyard as an example), residential and characteristic landscape. It explores the solutions to the problems such as how to make rational use of urban industrial heritage and how to improve the quality of residents’ living environment under the new normal of urban development, in order to provide reference for the urban renewal of other urban central areas.
