摘要 随着我国社会经济建设的快速发展,建筑工程行业中,施工工艺方法和施工技术水平也不断提高。同时,人们对建筑产品的需求量迅速增加,传统的建筑项目工程的施工现场安全风险压力大、扬尘噪声等污染严重、建设周期长等缺点与现阶段人们对建筑产品各方面预期效果产生一定矛盾。文章提出的现代装配式建筑以其特有的建设方式,避免了传统建筑施工工期长等弊端,通过采用钢结构的装配式建筑模式,更加符合现阶段人们对新的建筑施工模式的需求。采用钢结构的装配式建筑,通过对工业化钢结构的构件进行精准预制和现场安装施工,使建筑施工更安全高效、绿色环保、质量可靠。 With the rapid development of social and economic construction in China, the construction method and construction technical level of the construction industry are also constantly improved. At the same time, the demand for construction products has expanded rapidly. The disadvantages of traditional construction projects, such as high safety risk pressure on the construction site,serious dust and noise pollution, and long construction cycle, have some contradictions with people’s expectations for all aspects of construction products at the present stage. The modern prefabricated construction proposed in this paper avoids the disadvantages of traditional construction such as long construction period with its unique construction mode. By adopting the prefabricated building mode of steel structure, it is more in line with the needs of the new construction mode at the present stage. The prefabricated building with steel structure makes the construction more safe and efficient, green and environmentally friendly and quality reliable through precise prefabrication and on-site installation and construction of the industrial steel structure components.
