基于城市更新背景的智慧交通设计研究

目前的智慧交通多基于新建项目进行设计,其考虑的因素相对单一,多注重交通基础功能;随着城市更新概念的持续升温,在既有市政路网基础上,通过智慧交通设计,打造城市更新模式新发展,则显得尤为重要。文章依托背景案例,以市政提质改造项目为抓手,从智慧交通内涵出发,分解基础功能及亮点功能,综合考虑项目定位、复用既有资源,着力打造智慧示范道路、形成高效交通廊道,满足交通管理需求,缓堵保畅精细化、交通秩序规范化、出行服务便民化、交通管理可视化,为类似提质改造项目的智慧交通设计提供参考。

At present, the design of intelligent transportation is mostly designed based on new projects, which considers relatively single factors and pays more attention to the basic functions of transportation;With the continuous warming of the concept of urban renewal, it is particularly important to create a new development of urban renewal mode through intelligent transportation design based on the existing municipal road network;Based on the background case, starting with the municipal quality improvement and reconstruction project, starting from the connotation of intelligent transportation, this paper decomposes the basic functions and highlight functions, comprehensively considers the project positioning and reuse of existing resources, focuses on building intelligent demonstration roads and forming efficient traffic corridors to meet the needs of traffic management, reduce congestion and ensure smooth refinement, standardize traffic order, make travel services convenient for the people, and make the visualization of traffic management, so as to provide a reference for the intelligent traffic design of similar quality improvement and reconstruction projects.
