摘要
从数字城市向智慧城市转型过程中,需要信息化规划建设的重点内容包含标准规范、数据整体建设、“转化”相关系统(包含管理信息系统和移动业务办公系统)。具体的转型路径为:深度应用“大智移云”技术,对数字城市已经取得的发展成果进行全面集成;采用多元渠道,做好对城市居民的通知、组织、调查研究等工作,避免产生负面影响等。
In the regulations for the transformation from digital city to smart city, the key contents of information construction to be planned include standards and specifications, overall data construction and "transformation" related systems(including management information system and mobile business office system). The specific transformation path is as follows: deep application of the "great wisdom moving cloud" technology to fully integrate the development achievements of digital city;Adoption of multiple channels to do a good job in the notification, organization, investigation and research of urban residents to avoid negative impact.
