新时代青年奋斗精神的培育困境与培育理路——基于“内卷”“躺平”的分析与思考

The Predicament and Route for the Cultivation of Chinese Youth’s Struggle Spirit in the New Era

新时代是奋斗者的时代,青年是身负新时代发展大任的时代新人,青年奋斗精神是推进中国特色社会主义现代化的重要精神力量。如今青年群体中出现了“内卷”“躺平”现象,其形成原因与青年奋斗精神培育过程中存在的问题具有一定的内在联系,包括创新驱动的社会发展与青年个人能力不适配,网络流行文化的快速发展与青年社会文化价值观引导脱节,标准化竞争模式的规训与青年理想信念的部分缺失。通过中华民族伟大复兴历史使命激励、社会实践锻炼、社会主义核心价值观引领,可以有效破解新时代青年奋斗精神培育困境,从而激励新时代青年树立奋斗目标、提升奋斗本领、保持奋斗姿态,更好地弘扬奋斗精神。

The new era is the era of strivers. The youth are the new generation of the era who bravely shoulder the great responsibility of the new era,and the youth’s struggle spirit is an important spiritual force to promote the modernization of socialism with Chinese characteristics. Nowadays,the phenomenon of " involution" and " lying flat" appears in the youth group. The reasons for its formation are related to the problems existing in the cultivation process of youth struggle spirit,including the mismatch between the innovation-driven social development and the individual ability of youth,the disconnection between the rapid development of network popular culture and the guidance of youth social and cultural values,the discipline of standardized competition model and the partial lack of youth’s ideal and belief. Through the inspiration of the historical mission of the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation,social practice,and the guidance of socialist core values,the dilemma of cultivating the struggle spirit of the youth in the new era can be effectively solved,so as to motivate the youth in the new era to set up the struggle goal,improve the struggle ability,maintain the struggle attitude,and better carry forward the struggle spirit.
