摘要
文章基于我国现代种业发展现状和种业科技创新中存在的问题,分析了制约我国种业创新发展的原因,从整合创新要素资源、丰富和挖掘种质资源、加大财政扶持力度、加强育种人才培育、推进品种或种质资源转化等方面提出了促进现代种业创新发展的对策建议,以期解决我国种业创新“卡脖子”问题,促进我国现代种业全面快速发展,打好种业翻身仗。
Based on current situation of modern seed industry in China and problems in innovation of seed science, factors which limited innovation and development of Chinese seed industry were analyzed. Countermeasures for promoting innovation and development of modern seed industry were put forward, such as integrating innovative elements and resources, enrich and making use of germplasm, increasing financial support, strengthening training of breeders, and promoting transformation of cultivars and germplasm resources. This will solve "bottle-neck" of seed innovation and promote rapid development of Chinese modern seed industry, and bring about an uprising seed industry.
