农业科研单位巡察工作的实践与思考——以安徽省农业科学院为例

Practice and Thinking of Inspection Work in Agricultural Scientific Research Units,Taking Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences as an Example

作为巡视的延伸和补充,巡察是打通全面从严治党“最后一公里”的有力抓手,是构建“横向到边、纵向到底”党内监督体系的重要举措。农业科研单位做好巡察工作并充分运用巡察成果,对推动农业快速稳定发展具有深远意义。文章立足于安徽省农业科学院的巡察实践,对农业科研单位的巡察工作进行探索和思考,分析了巡察工作的现实困境,并从落实巡察主体责任、加强队伍建设、深化运用巡察成果等方面提出了深化农业科研单位巡察工作的建议,以期丰富农业科研单位的巡察思路。

As an extension and supplement of inspections,inspections are a powerful tool for opening up the"last mile"of comprehensively and strictly governing the party,and an important measure to construct the"horizontal to edge,vertical to the end"inter-party supervision system.Agricultural scientific research units should making full use of the inspection results and promote fast and steady development of agriculture.Based on the inspection practice of Anhui Academy of Agricultural Sciences,the inspection work of agricultural scientific research units was explored and thought.Actual dilemma of inspection work was analyzed.Measures for deepening inspection works of agricultural scientific research units were put forward,such as making clear duty of inspection subject,strengthening construction of team,making full use of inspection results.This will enrich strains of inspection works of agricultural scientific research unit.
