拉伸回弹法在碳纤维单丝压缩强度测试中的应用

摘要 碳纤维单丝压缩强度的准确评价是碳纤维及其复合材料的压缩性能研究必须首要解决的问题。介绍了拉伸回弹法测试碳纤维单丝压缩强度的测试原理、试样的制备及测试过程,分析了4种用于碳纤维单丝压缩强度的计算方法,以及该测试方法的主要影响因素。4种计算方法获得的碳纤维压缩强度差异较小;在测试过程中,纤维切断方式和标距长度是直接影响压缩强度测试结果的主要因素。拉伸回弹法是测试碳纤维单丝压缩强度的有效方法,只需借助单丝拉伸试验设备,制样简单,检测过程简便,选择合适的压缩强度计算方法,能够获得可重复的结果。 The accurate evaluation of the compressive strength of carbon fiber monofilament is the primary problem to be solved in the study of the compressive properties of carbon fiber and its composites.The testing principle,sample preparation and testing process of tensile recoil method for testing the compressive strength of carbon fiber monofilament were introduced.Four methods for calculating the compressive strength of carbon fiber monofilament and the main influential factors on the test method were analyzed.There was little difference in the compression strength obtained by the four calculation methods.In the test process,the fiber cutting mode and gauge length were the main factors that directly affected the compression strength test results.As an effective method to test the compression strength of carbon fiber monofilament,the tensile recoil method is of simple sample preparation and convenient testing process with the help of the monofilament tensile test device,which could provide repeatable results by selecting an appropriate compression strength calculation method.
