人工智能技术能够对青年意识形态工作发挥重要推动作用,使之更加时代化、精准化、高效化。但与此同时,它又带来不可忽视的潜在风险,可能致使青年意识形态工作主导权削弱、形成过度干预、产生信息茧房、发生交往异化。因此,必须采取措施化解风险,一是坚持党对青年意识形态工作的领导权,二是形成针对人工智能的价值引领机制,三是明晰人类主体与人工智能的角色定位,四是推动针对性人工智能系统的持续开发与迭代,五是构建人工智能素养培育体系。

Artificial intelligence technology can play an important role in promoting ideological work on youth, making it more modern, accurate and efficient. But at the same time, it also brings potential risks that cannot be ignored, which may lead to the weakening of the dominant power of ideological work on youth, the formation of excessive intervention, the generation of information cocoon, and the alienation of communication. Therefore, measures must be taken to resolve risks, such as to adhere to the Party′s leadership over ideological work on youth, to form a value guidance mechanism for artificial intelligence, to clarify the role of human subjects and artificial intelligence, to promote the continuous development and iteration of targeted artificial intelligence systems, and to build an artificial intelligence literacy cultivation system.
