摘要 在混凝土砂浆中添加导电填料、聚合物等制备了导电混凝土试件,探究了聚合物含量和导电填料含量、灰砂比对混凝土强度和除湿效果的影响,并对其机理进行了分析。结果表明:添加适宜的导电填料和聚合物乳液,可改善混凝土的除湿效果,减少钢筋锈蚀,提升地下混凝土结构的品质和使用寿命;高灰砂比混凝土的除湿效果明显高于低灰砂比混凝土。 Conductive concrete samples were prepared by adding conductive filler and polymer into concrete mortar. The effects of polymer content, conductive filler content and cement-sand ratio on the strength and dehumidification efficiency of the concrete were studied, and the effect mechanism was analyzed. The results show that adding suitable conductive filler and polymer emulsion could improve the dehumidification efficiency of concrete, reduce the corrosion of steel bar, and improve the quality and service life of underground concrete structure. The dehumidification efficiency of the concrete with high cement-sand ratio was obviously higher than that of the concrete with low cement-sand ratio.
