HVOF喷涂Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr涂层和WC-12Co涂层的组织结构及抗磨蚀性能 被引量:1

Microstructure and Anti-Abrasion Properties of HVOF Sprayed Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr Coating and WC-12Co Coating

摘要 采用HVOF喷涂技术在水轮机用0Cr13Ni5Mo不锈钢表面分别制备Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr涂层和WC-12Co涂层。利用光学显微镜、显微硬度计、冲击韧性试验机、摩擦磨损试验机、扫描电子显微镜分析比较了两种涂层的微观组织结构、显微硬度、孔隙率、冲击韧性、抗磨损性能。结果表明:Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr涂层的孔隙率为0.97%,平均显微硬度为1113 HV,WC-12Co涂层的孔隙率为0.56%,平均显微硬度为1241 HV;WC-12Co涂层的冲击韧性和抗磨蚀性能均优于Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr涂层,涂层的失效主要是砂粒、水、气泡三相流复合磨蚀作用的结果。 Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr coating and WC-12Co coating were prepared by high velocity oxygen fuel(HVOF)spraying technology on the surface of 0Cr13Ni5Mo stainless steel used for hydraulic turbines.The microstructure,micro-hardness,porosity,impact toughness and erosion corrosion resistance of the two coatings were analyzed in comparison by metallographic microscope,micro hardness tester,impact toughness tester,friction and wear tester,scanning electron microscope.The results show that the porosity of the Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr coating was 0.97%and the average micro-hardness was 1113HV,while the porosity of the WC-12Co coating was 0.56%and the average micro-hardness was 1241 HV.The WC-12Co coating had better impact toughness and erosion corrosion resistance compared with those of the Cr_(3)C_(2)-25NiCr coating.The failure of the coatings was mainly the result of combined erosion and corrosion of sand,water and bubbles.
