聚醚醚酮材料熔融温度、结晶温度和玻璃化转变温度测量结果的不确定度评定 被引量:3

Uncertainty evaluation of measurement results of melting temperature, crystallization temperature and glass transition temperature of polyetheretherketone materials

摘要 应用差示扫描量热法(DSC)测量了植入医疗器械用聚醚醚酮材料的熔融峰温、结晶峰温、玻璃化转变温度外推起始温度T_(eig)和中点温度T_(mg),分析了试验结果重复性、设备示值误差和标准物质标准值对测量结果的影响,并评定了相应的不确定度。结果表明:增加试验次数能有效降低T_(eig)和T_(mg)测量结果的不确定度。 The melting peak temperature,crystallization peak temperature,glass transition temperature extrapolation starting temperature T_(eig) and midpoint temperature T_(mg) of polyetheretherketone materials for implanting medical devices were measured by differential scanning calorimetry.The effects of repeatability of test results,error of equipment indication and standard value of standard material on test results were analyzed,and the corresponding uncertainty was evaluated.The results show that increasing the number of experiments could effectively reduce the uncertainty of the measurement results of T_(eig)and T_(mg).
