摘要
为制备具有装饰性的活性粉末混凝土(RPC),文中研究了外加剂(减水剂、消泡剂)对RPC流动性能和力学性能的影响,获得了工作性能与力学性能兼顾的基准RPC配合比。基于基准配合比研究了ABS树脂、聚丙烯塑料和PVC塑料三种不同的模具对RPC成型效果的影响,成功制备了清水RPC。
In order to prepare decorative reactive powder concrete(RPC), the effects of admixtures(water reducer, defoamer) on the flow properties and mechanical properties of RPC were studied, and a benchmark RPC mix ratio with both workability and mechanical properties was obtained.Based on the reference mix ratio, the influence of three different molds of ABS resin, polypropylene plastic and PVC plastic on the molding effect of RPC was studied, and the fair-faced RPC was successfully prepared.
