探讨室内工程防水层的质量控制

Discussion on Quality Control of Waterproof Layer in Indoor Engineering

卫生间、淋浴室、水池等属于用水频繁场所,如果防水处理不好,易出现渗漏现象,影响房屋建筑质量和使用功能。文中以龙岩市妇女儿童活动中心工程为例,分析了暴露的防水质量问题,并结合针对性整改后呈现的效果,探讨相应的解决措施,为类似工程施工提供参考。

Toilets, showers, pools and other places with frequent water use are prone to leakage due to poor waterproof treatment, which affects the building quality and use function of the house. Taking the project of Longyan women’s and children’s activity center as an example, this paper analyzes the exposed waterproof quality problems, and discusses the corresponding solutions in combination with the effects of targeted rectification, so as to provide reference for similar project construction.
