摘要
文中结合实践案例,介绍了BIM技术在项目管理中的应用。总承包单位中标之后可以通过BIM技术提前介入审图,大大减少了后期的施工变更。在施工过程中使用广联达算量计价软件、施工策划软件BIM5D、进度计划等,协同使用办公软件,可为项目的增值提供有力保障。
Combined with practical cases, this paper introduces the application of BIM technology in project management. After winning the bid, the general contractor can get involved in drawing review in advance through BIM technology, which greatly reduces the occurrence of late construction changes. In the construction process, the use of Gloda calculation software, construction planning software BIM5D, schedule planning,, etc., together with the use of office software to provide a strong guarantee for the value-added of the project.
