文中结合工程实例,分析了深厚淤泥软土地质中预制桩断桩问题的原因。通过经验总结,提出了先开挖后打桩的施工工艺,规避了土方开挖对桩基影响。提出了现场实施及管理要点,为后续大面积推广此施工工艺起到了一定的积极意义。

Combined with engineering examples, this paper analyzes the reasons for the problem of prefabricated piles breaking in deep silt soft soil. By summarizing experience, a construction technique of excavation first and then piling is proposed, which avoids the influence of earthwork excavation on the pile foundation. The key points of on-site implementation and management are summarized through engineering examples, which have a certain positive significance for the subsequent large-scale promotion of this construction process.
