摘要
文中以济泰高速海螺峪隧道为例,采用复合衬砌法,解决隧道进口浅埋段围岩差、积水多、易滑坡等问题。整个设计分为四个部分,分别为隧道方案的拟定、隧道尺寸的设计、内力的计算、边坡稳定性影响因素分析。隧道方案拟定方面,因为海螺峪隧道所处村镇地质条件较差,故选用新奥法。开挖时,软质岩采用拱部环形开挖留核心土法,硬质岩采用三台阶法。隧道尺寸设计方面,根据公路隧道限界来确定隧道的高度和宽度。在隧道横断面选取方面,采用马蹄形施工。内力计算方面,通过计算Ⅳ、Ⅴ级围岩的最大抗力等参数来绘制围岩的内力结构图。根据边坡的稳定性分析确立最后的支护方案。
Based on the Hailuoyu Tunnel of Jitai Expressway as an example, this paper aims to solve the problem of poor surrounding rock,a lot of water, and easy landslides in the shallow buried section of the tunnel entrance. For engineering problems, the method of composite lining is adopted. The whole design is divided into four parts, which are the drafting of the tunnel scheme, the design of the tunnel size, the calculation of the internal force, and the analysis of the factors affecting the slope stability. In terms of tunnel plan formulation, because the Hailuoyu Tunnel is located in the village and town with poor geological conditions, the new Austrian method was selected. When excavating,the soft rock adopts the arch annular excavation method to retain the core soil, and the hard rock adopts the three-step method. In terms of tunnel size design, the height and width of the tunnel are determined according to the road tunnel boundary. Horseshoe-shaped construction is adopted in the selection of tunnel cross-section. In terms of internal force calculation, the internal force structure diagram of the surrounding rock is drawn by calculating the parameters such as the maximum resistance of the surrounding rock of grade IV and V. The final support scheme is established according to the stability analysis of the slope.
