基于PPP模式的社区改造研究

随着国家经济的快速发展,我国城镇化的发展也在不断推进,政府因投资社区改造项目导致的财政紧缺问题亟待解决,合理推动PPP项目发展,可以达到“1(政府)+1(社会资本)>2”的效果。文中从PPP模式发展现状出发,剖析了基于PPP模式的社区改造存在的问题,并提出了优化策略。

With the rapid development of national economy, the development of urbanization in China has been promoting. The financial shortage caused by the government’s investment in community reconstruction projects needs to be solved urgently. Reasonable promote the development of the PPP projects, can achieve "1(the government) + 1(social capital) > 2" effect. This article embarks from the current situation of the development of the PPP mode, and puts forward the problems of community transformation based on the pattern of the PPP,the analysis and optimization strategy was put forward.
