摘要
文中以漳州西湖生态园棚户区改造项目为例,从规划设计、施工组织两个方面分析了片区开发存在的问题及管理举措要点,希望能为类似的项目提供借鉴参考。
Taking the shanty town reconstruction project of Zhangzhou West Lake Ecological Park as an example, this paper analyzes the existing problems and key points of management measures in the area development from two aspects of planning, design and construction organization, hoping to provide reference for similar projects.
