摘要
文中针对浙中乡村装配式住宅的推广进行了探索研究,结合装配式住宅的特点与浙中乡村居住条件等现状,提出其推广的可行性与必要性,并分析推广中的影响因素,利用SWOT理论提出SO策略、WO策略、ST策略、WT策略。
This paper probes into the popularization of the assembled house in the rural area of central Zhejiang Province, and puts forward the feasibility and necessity of its popularization based on the characteristics of the assembled house and the present situation of the rural residence in central Zhejiang Province, and analyzes the influencing factors in the popularization, SWOT theory is used to propose SO strategy, WO strategy, St Strategy, WT strategy.
