Research on the Whole Process Cost Consulting Management of Construction Projects

随着我国经济社会的快速发展,工程建设项目造价咨询管理水平也在不断进步。目前,造价咨询管理面临着信息化程度高、管理人员队伍规模大、管理对象数量繁多、管理工作必须贯穿项目全过程的新形势和新要求。为此,文中基于造价咨询公司视角,以全过程造价咨询业务为研究对象,探索性地提出了如何将集成管理应用于相关工作的新观点,总结了解决造价咨询管理现有问题的新方法。

With the rapid development of economic society in China, the cost consulting management level of engineering construction projects is also improving. At present, the cost consulting management is facing the new situation and new requirements of high information level, large-scale management team, large number of management objects and management work must run through the whole process of the project. Therefore, based on the perspective of the cost consulting company, this paper takes the whole process cost consulting business as the research object, and puts forward a new viewpoint on how to apply the integrated management to the related work, and summarizes the new methods to solve the existing problems of the cost consulting management.
