摘要
房地产项目开发周期长、投入成本多、资源消耗大、资金回收慢。由于存在较多风险因素,因此项目管理难度较大。运用目标成本管理,可以帮助房地产项目控制开发成本,实现项目利润最大化。文中对目标成本管理在房地产项目中的应用进行了分析,提出了一些目标成本管理要点。
Real estate projects have long development cycle, high investment cost, large resource consumption and slow fund recovery. As there are many risk factors, the project management is difficult. The application of target cost management can help real estate projects control development costs and maximize project profits. This paper analyzes the application of target cost management in real estate projects, and puts forward some key points of target cost management.
