摘要
为了降低建筑工人高处坠落风险,文中构建了基于LEC的建筑工人高处坠落风险评价模型。首先,总结了引起建筑工人高处坠落的八个常见风险因素;其次,分析了建筑工人高处坠落事故发生的概率、暴露于高处坠落危险环境的持续时间和事故造成的不利影响,详细地给出了建筑工人高处坠落风险评价的LEC打分规则;最后,选取河南省息县县委党校项目开展实证研究,研究结果表明,安全文明施工技能不合格等四个风险因素属于高度风险级别,笔者就这四个风险因素提出了有针对性的风险管理措施。
To reduce the risk of construction workers falling from a height, a risk assessment model for construction workers falling from a height is constructed based on the Likelihood, Exposure, and Consequence(LEC). Firstly, according to the Accident Cause Theory, the common risk factors were identified. Then, the probability, the duration, and the adverse of construction workers falling from a height were analyzed, and the LEC scoring rules were given in detail. Finally, the project of Xixian County Party School in Henan Province was selected for an empirical study. The results showed that four risk factors, such as unqualified safety and civilized construction skills, were at high risk.Targeted risk management measures were put forward based on the risk assessment results.
