摘要
Since the Human Genome Project assembled the first draft human genome 20 years ago[1],immense manpower,material,and financial resources have been cast for generating accurate,continuous,complete,and informative reference genome for each important species.Nowadays,although the qualities of these genome assemblies have been significantly improved compared to their initial draft versions.
