Gal-3及StarD13在卵巢癌组织及癌旁组织中的表达差异及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨半乳糖凝聚素-3(Gal-3)、类固醇敏感性调节蛋白相关脂类转运体结构域13(StarD13)在卵巢癌组织及癌旁组织中的阳性表达差异及临床意义。方法选取2018年11月至2021年1月该院收治的106例上皮性卵巢癌患者作为研究对象,收集患者卵巢癌组织及癌旁组织标本,采用免疫组织化学检测组织中Gal-3、StarD13阳性表达情况,分析其与患者临床病理、顺铂化疗耐药的关系。结果卵巢癌组织中Gal-3阳性表达率高于癌旁组织,StarD13阳性表达率低于癌旁组织,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);Gal-3阳性表达率与卵巢癌患者组织学分级、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05),StarD13阳性表达率与卵巢癌患者国际妇产科联盟临床分期、淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05);顺铂耐药组Gal-3阳性表达率高于顺铂敏感组,StarD13阳性表达率低于顺铂敏感组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05);受试者工作特征曲线分析结果显示,Gal-3、StarD13预测顺铂耐药的曲线下面积(AUC)分别为0.796、0.789,二者联合检测的AUC为0.923,高于单项指标检测的预测价值(P<0.05)。结论与癌旁组织比较,卵巢癌组织Gal-3阳性表达率偏高、StarD13阳性表达率偏低,二者均与卵巢癌患者淋巴结转移有关,能在一定程度上预测卵巢癌的病情进展及顺铂化疗的耐药情况。 Objective To investigate the positive expression difference and clinical significance of galectin-3(Gal-3)and StAR-related lipid transfer domain protein 13(StarD13)in ovarian cancer and para-carcinoma tissues.Methods A total of 106 patients with ovarian cancer admitted to the hospital from November 2018 to January 2021 were selected as research objects.The ovarian cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues of patients were collected.The positive expression levels of Gal-3 and StarD13 in ovarian cancer tissues and para-carcinoma tissues were detected by immunohistochemistry,and their relationship with clinical pathology and cisplatin chemotherapy resistance was analyzed.Results The positive expression rate of Gal-3 in ovarian cancer tissues was higher than that in para-carcinoma tissues,and the positive expression rate of StarD13 was lower than that in para-carcinoma tissues,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Gal-3 was related to the pathological grade and lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05),and the positive expression rate of StarD13 was related to the clinical stage of International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics and lymph node metastasis in ovarian cancer patients(P<0.05).The positive expression rate of Gal-3 in cisplatin resistant group was higher than that in cisplatin sensitive group and the positive expression rate of StarD13 in the cisplatin resistant group was lower than that in cisplatin sensitive group(P<0.05).Receiver operating characteristic curve results showed that the area under the curve(AUC)of Gal-3 and StarD13 in predicting cisplatin resistance was 0.796 and 0.789,respectively,and the AUC of combined detection was 0.923,which was higher than those of the single detections(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the para-carcinoma tissues,the positive expression rate of Gal-3 in ovarian cancer tissues is higher and the positive expression rate of StarD13 is lower.Both of them are related to lymph node metastasis of ovarian cancer patients,which could predict the disease progression of ovarian cancer and the resistance to cisplatin chemotherapy to a certain extent.
