MMP1基因rs491152多态性与COPD发生和发展的相关性分析

摘要 目的评估基质金属蛋白酶1(MMP1)基因rs491152多态性与维吾尔族人群慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)易感性及其与疾病进展的相关性。方法选取2018-2019年喀什地区第一人民医院541例维吾尔族COPD患者作为病例组,另选取同期534例健康者作为对照组。采用48-Plex SNPscan试剂盒对MMP1基因rs491152位点进行基因分型,采用多因素Logistic回归分析评估MMP1基因rs491152多态性与COPD易感性及肺功能评估指标的相关性。结果MMP1基因rs491152 G>A多态性与COPD风险无相关性(P>0.05),该位点与肺功能严重程度评估指标之间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论MMP1基因rs491152多态性可能不是预测中国维吾尔族非吸烟人群COPD发生和发展的重要标志物,这项研究可为学者在制订COPD的诊疗决策时提供参考。 Objective To evaluate the correlation between matrix metalloproteinase-1(MMP1)gene rs491152 polymorphism and susceptibility to chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)in Uighur population and its correlation with disease progression.Methods A total of 541 Uighur COPD patients admitted in the First People′s Hospital of Kashi from 2018 to 2019 were selected as the case group,and another 534 healthy people were selected as the control group.MMP1 gene rs491152 was genotyped using the 48-Plex SNPscan kit.Multivariate Logistic regression analysis was used to estimate the correlation between MMP1 gene rs491152 polymorphism and COPD susceptibility and pulmonary function evaluation indexes.Results The MMP1 gene rs491152 G>A polymorphism did not correlate with the risk of COPD(P>0.05),and there was no significant difference between this locus and evaluation indexes of the severity of pulmonary function(P>0.05).Conclusion MMP1 gene rs491152 polymorphism may not be an important marker to predict the occurrence and development of COPD in Chinese Uyghur nonsmokers.This study could provide reference for scholars in making treatment decisions on COPD.
