摘要
从吸入粗水滤器过滤流通能力出发,采用多孔介质模型,对所述滤器不同滤筒结构形式进行了流通能力模拟计算,并进行了试验验证。为深入研究过滤器滤筒结构形式与过滤器流阻特性关系,对不同结构形式的滤器进行仿真计算。计算结果表明,过滤面积一定的条件下,不同进水形式结构中采用篮式滤筒的滤器流阻系数较小,滤筒直径滤器和壳体直径比值取值约为√2/2时滤器流阻系数较小。
Starting from the filtration flow capacity of the suction coarse water filter,the porous media model was used to simulate the flow capacity of the filter with different cartridge structures,and the experimental verification was carried out.In order to deeply research the relationship between the structure of the filter cartridge and the flow capacity of the filter,the simulation calculation of filters with different structural forms is carried out.The calculation results show that under the condition of a certain filtration area,the filter flow resistance coefficient of the basket filter cartridge in different influent forms and structures is smaller,and the flow resistance coefficient is smaller when the ratio of the diameter of the filter shell to the diameter of the filter cartridge is approximately.
