电控发动机已广泛应用于各领域及各功率段机型,为确保发动机台架试验的顺利进行,电控发动机首次台架点火前要进行详细的查核,特别是对大缸径发动机以及多控制器发动机。本文主要从发动机线束连接及固定、ECU供电、传感器信号、同步信号以及喷油控制等方面的查核要点进行了阐述与说明,可为工程应用提供参考。

Electronic-controlled engines have been widely used in various fields and power bands,in order to ensure the smooth progress of the engine bench test,the electronic-controlled engine should be checked in detail before the first bench ignition,especially for large cylinder bore engines and multi-controller engines.This article mainly expounds and explains the key points of the inspection from the aspects of engine wiring harness connection and fixing,ECU power supply,sensor signal,synchronization signal and injection control,which can provide reference for engineering applications.
