摘要 高压共轨泵在试车或服役过程中,集油板出油孔附近经常发生漏油故障,严重制约着高压共轨泵的服役寿命。本文基于相场理论,建立了高压共轨泵集油板油孔附件裂纹扩展的有限元模型,分析了油孔附近裂纹扩展规律,并结合磁粉探伤验证有限元结果的可靠性,为高压共轨泵集油板结构和材料的优化提供理论依据。 In the process of test or service of high pressure common rail pump,oil leakage faults often occur near the oil outlet hole of oil collecting plate,which seriously restricts the service life of high pressure common rail pump.Based on the phase field theory,this paper established the finite element model of the crack propagation of the oil hole accessories of the oil collecting plate of high pressure common rail pump,analyzed the law of the crack propagation near the oil hole,and verified the reliability of the finite element results with the magnetic particle flaw detection,providing theoretical basis for the optimization of the structure and material of the oil collecting plate of high pressure common rail pump.
