摘要
超声波传感技术广泛应用于倒车提醒、建筑工地、工业现场等非接触式距离测量。本文设计一种将STM32单片机作为主控核心,使用专用红外遥控接收器CX20106A的超声波测距系统。硬件电路部分主要为超声波发射接收模块、电源模块的设计;软件部分使用定时器PWM功能驱动超声波发射方波,而回波信号接收则通过定时器的输入捕获功能来实现。通过实际测量,本文设计的测距系统能够满足实时精准的距离测量与显示要求。
Ultrasonic sensing technology is widely used in non-contact distance measurement for reversing reminders,construction sites,industrial sites,etc.This paper designs an ultrasonic ranging system that uses STM32 microcontroller as the main control core and uses a dedicated infrared remote control receiver CX20106A.The hardware circuit part is mainly designed for the ultrasonic transmitting and receiving module and the power supply module;the software part uses the PWM function of the timer to drive the ultrasonic transmitting square wave,and the echo signal reception is realized by the input capture function of the timer.Through actual measurement,the ranging system designed in this paper can meet the real-time and accurate distance measurement and display requirements.
