摘要
汽车行业中,新材料锂电池替代铅酸电池已成为趋势。为避免内部各电池单体的电压电量不均衡,造成局部电池过快老化,串联锂电池组需配合均衡器使用。现有均衡器内部需要大量半导体开关,成本较高。现提出一种基于LC谐振器的改进型均衡器,可减少半导体开关数量,并通过增加LC谐振第3态,实现零压差均衡。经实验验证,改进型均衡器可在1小时内快速实现电池组内部均压。
In the automotive industry,it has become a trend to replace lead-acid batteries with lithium batteries.In order to avoid the unbalanced voltage and quantity of each internal battery cell,causing the local battery to age too fast,the series lithium battery pack needs to be used with the equalizer.The existing equalizer requires a large number of semiconductor switches,and the cost is high.An improved equalizer based on LC resonator is proposed,which can reduce the number of semiconductor switches.And by adding the third state of LC resonance,zero voltage gap equalization is realized.Experiments show that the improved equalizer can quickly realize the internal voltage equalization of the battery pack within 1 hour.
