汽车维修服务质量管理体系研究

Research on Automobile Maintenance Service Quality Management System

在现代社会的发展进程中,我国的发展速度及质量是举世瞩目的。随着科技和经济的进步,我国各行各业都朝着顶尖水平迈进,这其中就包括汽车行业。但与之相应的汽修行业仍处于相对落后的阶段。汽修行业发展滞后既有内部原因也外部原因,其内部原因包括管理理念滞后、缺乏管理经验、从业人员整体素质不高、人才培养不到位、缺乏完善的制度体系,外部原因则是相关部门对汽修行业监管不如预期。本文分析了汽车维修服务质量管理的现状及存在的问题,并提出了完善当前汽车维修服务质量管理体系的可行办法,以其达到促进汽修行业健康发展、助推汽修行业与汽车行业匹配发展的目的。

In the development process of modern society,the speed and quality of China's development is attracting worldwide attention.With the progress of science and technology and economy,all industries in Our country are moving towards the top level,including the automobile industry.But the corresponding auto repair industry is still in a relatively backward stage.There are both internal and external reasons for the lagging development of the auto repair industry.The internal reasons include lagging management concept,lack of management experience,the overall quality of employees is not high,talent training is not in place,and the lack of a perfect system.The external reason is that the relevant departments of the auto repair industry supervision is not as expected.This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of automobile maintenance service quality management,and puts forward feasible methods to improve the current automobile maintenance service quality management system,so as to achieve the purpose of promoting the healthy development of automobile repair industry and boosting the matching development of automobile repair industry and automobile industry.
