摘要
考虑汽车钣金零部件生产线中的下料任务,实现了真空吸附结合磁力吸附结构的设计。在此基础上,通过模块化原理实现工业机械手爪的设计﹐实现生产线中不同工业下料的工作,利用机械下料实验对机械手爪可靠性进行了验证,并且通过机器人下料实验验证了机械手爪的可靠性。
Considering the blanking task in the production line of automobile sheet metal parts,the design of vacuum adsorption combined with magnetic adsorption structure is realized.On this basis,the design of the industrial mechanical gripper is realized by the modular principle,and the work of different industrial blanking in the production line is realized.The reliability of the mechanical gripper is verified by the mechanical blanking experiment,and the reliability of the mechanical gripper is verified by the robot blanking experiment.
