摘要
数控车铣加工技能认证是由武汉华中数控负责的“1+X”证书项目之一,本文以铝合金底板项目为研究对象,通过从零件图样的工艺分析,分析了尺寸精度及主要加工内容。接着,进行零件装夹方案的选择及刀具的选用,完成加工准备工作。最后,进行了零件的CAD及CAM到完成了零件实物的数控加工。整个加工过程,了解项目考核大纲,理解了铣削加工的重难点。也为将要举办数控车铣认证考核的院校师生起到一点的借鉴作用。
CNC milling machining skills certification is the"1+X"certificate project in charge of Wuhan Huazhong CNC,it takes the aluminum alloy baseplate project as the research object,through the process analysis from the part drawing,analyzed the dimensional accuracy and main processing.Then,it selected the clamping scheme of parts,selection of tool,finish processing preparation.Finally,it carried out the CAD and cam of the parts,completed the parts of the CNC processing.The whole processing process,understand the project assessment outline,understand the heavy and difficult points of milling processing.It also plays a reference role for teachers and students of colleges and universities who will hold the certification examination of CNC turning and milling.
