摘要
腹板裂缝是预应力混凝土箱梁桥的典型病害,裂缝的出现不仅破坏了桥梁结构的美观,还会对桥梁结构的使用安全、耐久性产生不利影响。研究了竖向预应力、腹板钢束的下弯形式、箱梁腹板厚度对腹板开裂的影响,分析了箱梁桥腹板裂缝的成因,提出相应的改进意见,实现优化设计减少腹板裂缝的目标。
Web cracks are the typical disease of the prestressed concrete box girder bridge. The occurrence of cracks not only destroys the beauty of the bridge structure,but also adversely affects the service safety and durability of the bridge structure. The influence of vertical prestress,the downward bending form of web tendons and the thickness of box girder web on web cracking is studied,the causes of web cracks of box girder bridges are analyzed,and the corresponding improvement suggestions are put forward,so as to achieve the goal of optimizing the design and reducing web cracks.
