摘要
针对内置式永磁同步电机(IPMSM)采用最大转矩电流比(MTPA)控制时,求解MTPA曲线过于复杂以及在运行过程中参数发生变化将导致最优转矩-电流特性曲线发生偏离的问题,采用一种以转速环误差输出为i的控制方式,并引用可变参数概念;同时对电机的ψ和q轴电感进行最小二乘法在线辨识,将辨识结果反馈至可变参数中对MTPA曲线进行修正。仿真结果表明,设计的带参数辨识的改进型MTPA控制的抗扰动能力更好,鲁棒性强,并减小了定子电流,降低了电机铜耗。
The built-in permanent magnet synchronous motor adopts maximum torque per ampere (MTPA) control to solve the problem that the MTPA curve is too complex and the change of parameters during operation might lead to the deviation of the optimal torque current characteristic curve.A control method with the output of speed loop error as iis adopted,and the expression is simplified by quoting the concept of the variable parameter.Besides,this study identified the motor of the ψand q-axis inductors online by the least square method.The identification results were fed back to the variable parameter to modify the MTPA curve.The simulation results verify that the improved MTPA control has a better anti-disturbance capability and stronger robustness.Moreover,it reduces the stator current and decreases the motor copper consumption.
