基于模糊PID算法的隔离开关电气操作装置研究

摘要 为验证外接操作杆式隔离开关操作性能,实现千次带载/空载操作开合循环,设计了一种智能电气操作装置。装置由升降试验台、电机动力系统、电气控制系统组成,升降试验台合理评估承重及操作过程重心位移,通过液压调节承重钢结构,满足载重稳定需求;电机动力系统采用伺服电机适配不同联轴转接头,咬合隔离开关操作轴,实现多适用性;电气控制系统稳定控制电机转动速率及开关开合位置,采用模糊自整定PID控制算法进行反馈调节,实现电机转动位置高精度控制。试验结果表明,该装置能够实现隔离开关智能电气控制操作,并在千次试验中控制算法保证了操作可靠性。 This research designs an intelligent electrical operating device to verify the operational performance of an external operating lever disconnector which used to realize thousands of on-load/no-load operation opening and closing cycles.The device consists of a lifting test-bed,electrical power system,and electrical control system.This paper used the lifting test-bed to evaluate load-bearing and center of gravity displacement during operation and adjusted load-bearing steel structure by hydraulic pressure to meet the demand of load stability.The electrical power system employed the servo motor to fit various coupling joints,occlude the operating shaft of isolating switch to realize multi-applicability.The electrical control system stably controlled the motor rotation rate and the opening and closing position of the switch.It used a fuzzy self-tuning PID control algorithm for feedback regulation and realized high-precision control of the motor rotation position.The test results showed that the device could realize electrical intelligent control operation of the disconnector,and the reliability of the operation was ensured under thousands of experiments.
